Anforderungen

  • •Bachelor’s/master’s degree or diploma in electronic engineering, telematics, informatics, or equivalent background
  • •Experience in test and failure analysis of integrated circuits
  • •Experience in Mixed Signal, RF, and Analog IC design
  • •Passion for analytical work and failure analysis
  • •Ability to solve complex problems independently and initiative
  • •Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Support project team during product development
  • •Participate in review meetings and design FMEAs
  • •Correlate lab measurements with wafer sort and final test results
  • •Assist in failure analysis concepts
  • •Conduct statistical analysis of device characterization data
  • •Monitor and stabilize yield for product family
  • •Define and implement cost reduction programs
  • •Assist quality department with field return analysis
  • •Perform electrical failure analysis
  • •Drive continuous improvement of products
  • •Act as central interface for product-specific topics
  • •Lead improvements as key product engineer for special projects
  • •Develop test and analysis methodologies
  • •Design for analysis and collaborate with departments on quality improvement
