- •Degree in Natural Sciences, Food Technology, Agronomy or related field
- •Initial scientific work experience, preferably in FMCG environment
- •High interest in scientific and technical matters
- •Interest in sensory evaluation of tobacco products
- •Solid analytical skills and statistical methods knowledge
- •Fluent written and spoken English
- •Proficiency in MS Office and SAP
- •Ability to work in international environments

- •Complete specialized training in tobacco materials and processing
- •Develop expertise in casing, flavor, and product design
- •Perform systematic sensory evaluations of tobacco products
- •Train across departments to understand technical development aspects
- •Support the development of new tobacco products
- •Modify and maintain existing tobacco products
- •Create and manage detailed product specifications
- •Align specifications with regulatory and corporate requirements
- •Assist with various ad hoc operational tasks
