Anforderungen
- •5–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
- •Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, interaction design and end-to-end product work
- •Proven experience contributing to or managing a Design System
- •Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools and interface design
- •Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
- •Curiosity for modern design workflows and AI-supported processes
- •Experience designing for multi-market or multilingual platforms
- •Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions
- •Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Tailwind, Vercel) or no-code tools such as Framer

- •Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to understand user needs and business goals
- •Translate user needs into elegant, usable design solutions for web and mobile
- •Design intuitive user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- •Enhance clarity, trust, and delight in product design
- •Contribute to and evolve the Wunderflats Design System
- •Define components, tokens, and visual standards
- •Develop and document interaction and motion design patterns
- •Strengthen brand expression in product design
- •Work with the Brand and Communications team to maintain visual consistency
- •Explore and integrate AI-assisted design tools to improve design speed and creativity
- •Conduct usability tests and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- •Iterate on designs based on user feedback
- •Collaborate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
