Anforderungen
- •Curiosity and motivation to understand underlying reasons
- •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or strong mathematical-statistical background
- •3+ years experience as a Data Analyst in a data-driven analytics environment
- •Exceptional analytical skills and lateral thinking
- •Very good knowledge of SQL, databases, and statistical programming tools
- •Good understanding and hands-on experience in analyzing and interpreting A/B test results
- •Experience in working with data visualization tools and event tracking
- •Ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders

- •Collaborate with stakeholders to generate new product feature ideas
- •Estimate the potential impact of planned projects
- •Engage with product squads to understand problems and gather requirements
- •Define deliverables that match business needs
- •Own analysis from ideation to communication of results
- •Make recommendations to senior management and prioritization committees
- •Develop and evaluate A/B test experiments to measure feature performance
- •Report on the performance of released features
- •Work with developers and data engineers to align data with business logic
- •Ensure a data-driven process throughout the product lifecycle
- •Provide insights through analyses and dashboards
- •Champion ideas using storytelling backed by data
- •Steer product development based on user needs
