## Job Description **W**e’re looking for a forward-thinking and detail-driven professional to join our **Purchasing Governance** team. This is your opportunity to make a real impact on how we manage risk, ensure compliance, and drive excellence across our global purchasing organization. **Why this role is a Game-changer:** * **Strategic Influence**: You’ll be at the heart of shaping and implementing governance frameworks that ensure transparency, accountability, and compliance across our procurement operations. * **Cross-Functional Exposure**: Collaborate with global teams across purchasing, legal, audit, and IT to drive risk mitigation and internal control initiatives. * **Innovation in Compliance**: Help us evolve our technical compliance landscape by integrating digital tools and data-driven insights into our governance processes. **What You’ll Do** * Develop and enhance internal control systems and risk management strategies within the purchasing function. * Lead initiatives to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and technical standards. * Monitor and assess procurement risks, and implement mitigation measures. * Support audits and drive continuous improvement in governance processes. * Act as a trusted advisor to purchasing teams on compliance and risk-related topics ## Qualifications * A degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in procurement, internal controls, risk management, or compliance. * Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, KNIME, and Microsoft Office Suit * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment. * A passion for governance and a proactive mindset * IT affinity – good knowledge of key purchasing IT systems and tools (e.g., SAP (e.g., master data, value flows/workflows), RPA, GRC tool) Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome. ## Additional Information The well-being of our employees is important to us.
