Anforderungen
- •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
- •Professional qualifications (CIPS, CPSM, APICS) preferred
- •10+ years’ experience in Procurement, Operations, or Supply Chain leadership
- •Proven experience leading multi-country teams
- •Strong background in decentralised or complex stakeholder environments
- •Demonstrated success driving process improvement and service optimisation
- •Deep understanding of procurement systems (preferably Coupa)
- •Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- •Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or veterinary environments advantageous
- •Business-level English required; additional European languages beneficial
- •Business-level English required

- •Provide direction for Procurement Hospital Support roles
- •Oversee Supply Chain Support and Coupa Enablement
- •Drive operational consistency across markets
- •Build trusted relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders
- •Translate business needs into practical procurement support
- •Oversee regional procurement performance reporting
- •Manage issue resolution and clinic-level escalations
- •Embed clear service models for procurement functions
- •Partner with Directors of Strategic Sourcing and Strategy & Effectiveness
- •Own and evolve the procurement operating model
- •Lead and inspire an international procurement team
- •Drive capability development and career pathways
- •Shape resourcing strategies for growth
- •Champion the adoption of Coupa and procurement technologies
- •Ensure scalable and user-friendly procurement processes
- •Partner with IT, Finance, and Supply Chain on system upgrades
