# Your role
* Develop, maintain and harmonize global procurement policies, guidelines, processes and tools (incl. IT-tools), to ensure efficient workflows
* Represent Strategic Procurement for process- / systems & tools- / methods- / KPI- questions
* Drive, support and monitor global implementation of procurement best practices, including training programs
* Act as Business Process Owner for Strategic Procurement (procure-to-pay process)
* Work with procurement heads to deliver best-in-class capabilities and optimize the end-to-end procurement process
* Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap in collaboration with group strategy and key stakeholders
* Lead, coordinate and support overarching procurement projects and activities
* Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data
* Monitor and report on procurement performance
* Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures
* Integration of new departments / functions / companies into Meditec Procurement organization
* Leading PMI activities for Strategic Procurement

# Your profile
* Procurement professional with 5+ years of experience in consulting or international matrix environments, with strengths in designing and implementing effective organization, processes and modern procurement tools at a global level
* Experienced in implementing or managing processes in regard to source-to contract, purchase-to-pay and/or global business services
* Excellent communication skills and capability to animate diverse and demanding stakeholders to foster collaborations, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
* Service oriented capability to bring a strategic vision and hands-on contribution to achieve goals
* Fluent in English and preferable a 2nd language like German or French
* Analytical, fact based, strong conceptual skills and able to make solid business cases
* Strong ability to structure, organize several activities and initiatives
* Good knowledge in SAP-MM and MS-Office
