  • •Experience in implementing or managing source-to-contract, purchase-to-pay, and/or global business services

  • •Develop and maintain global procurement policies and guidelines
  • •Harmonize procurement processes and tools, including IT tools
  • •Represent Strategic Procurement for process, systems, and KPI inquiries
  • •Drive and support the global implementation of procurement best practices
  • •Monitor training programs for procurement best practices
  • •Act as Business Process Owner for the procure-to-pay process
  • •Collaborate with procurement heads to optimize the end-to-end procurement process
  • •Oversee the procurement digitalization roadmap with key stakeholders
  • •Lead and coordinate overarching procurement projects and activities
  • •Foster a data-driven culture with up-to-date procurement data
  • •Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics
  • •Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and procedures
  • •Integrate new departments and functions into the Meditec Procurement organization
  • •Lead PMI activities for Strategic Procurement
  • •Support internal and external audits
  • •Travel nationally and internationally as required
