Anforderungen
- •Degree in business, IT, or equivalent
- •Experience as production planning Process Owner
- •Expert skills in SAP PP module
- •Experience managing and optimizing production processes
- •Strong analytical skills and structured approach
- •Ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally
- •Fluency in English
- •Valid work authorization
- •Knowledge of SAP PPDS
- •Experience with MES

Deine Aufgaben
- •Act as the interface between operational entities and Group IT
- •Lead and implement Demand to Supply process management projects
- •Manage resource planning, costs, and risk monitoring
- •Roll out the Sika template in new plants
- •Execute data migration and functional testing
- •Perform integration and user acceptance testing
- •Support cut-over activities and provide Go-Live assistance
- •Deliver hyper-care support during implementation phases
- •Conduct Fit/Gap analyses for business requirements
- •Manage change requests from creation through implementation
- •Coordinate change request clarification with Group IT
- •Train and support key users and CPRs
- •Create and maintain sustainable process documentation
- •Establish continuous improvement processes based on KPIs
- •Evaluate synergy effects between different business units
