Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in process and project management within the pharmaceutical industry
- •Strong understanding of GxP regulations, quality management systems, and compliance in regulated environments
- •Demonstrated expertise in business process design, governance, and optimization
- •Hands-on experience planning and executing ERP cutovers, including coordination of business and IT stakeholders, risk mitigation, and hypercare support
- •Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (e.g., SAP QM, PP)
- •Familiarity with computer system validation (CSV), testing coordination, and change management in IT/business transformation projects
- •Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational design
