Job Description Process Excellence Manager - Sales Order Processing (m/f/d) ## Your Mission As our Process Excellence Manager Sales Order Processing, you will be a key driver of continuous improvement and strategic process optimization across our global operations. You will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency with a strong focus on SAP SD & MM modules while ensuring true end-to-end process excellence. Your mission is to align process improvements with our business strategy and digital transformation goals, delivering measurable impact and fostering a culture of high performance. ## How you will make a difference * **Be a driver of global change:** Lead and coordinate improvement initiatives worldwide, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and digital transformation roadmap. * **Own impactful projects from start to finish:** Manage end-to-end process optimization projects — from scoping and planning to execution and benefit tracking. * **Turn data into action:** Identify inefficiencies by analyzing current processes with stakeholders and monitoring KPIs via Celonis to uncover opportunities for improvement. * **Unlock the full potential of SAP:** Optimize processes within SAP SD & MM, translating functional requirements into clear technical specifications for IT implementation. * **Grow and empower others:** Develop and guide team members, functional experts, and student workers to foster a strong culture of continuous improvement. * **Build knowledge and keep it alive:** Maintain and evolve process documentation, create training materials, and deliver impactful training sessions for key and end users. * **Bring people together:** Facilitate workshops and working groups that align cross-functional stakeholders and drive consensus on critical process changes. ## What you should be good at * **Experienced in driving improvements:** Proven experience in process management within a global or matrix organization. * **A true SAP expert:** Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, especially in SD & MM modules, with a clear understanding of end-to-end processes. * **Analytical mindset:** Strong ability to perform gap analyses and translate findings into actionable process and system improvements. * **A natural project leader:** Demonstrated project management skills and confidence to independently lead complex improvement initiatives. * **A skilled facilitator and communicator:** Exceptional communication skills to steer cross-functional teams and run effective workshops.
