Process Engineer Tendering - Combustion Boiler(m/w/x)

## Job Description * Responsible for developing the conceptual process design, sizing and costing of Combustion and Boiler systems during the proposal phase of large Waste-to-X EPC projects globally * Prepare combustion diagrams, heat & mass balances, process flow diagrams, as well as performance and functional guarantees in close collaboration with Chief Engineers * Optimise the integration of systems into the plant to ensure a competitive offering, and coordinate interfaces with the various disciplines (process, electrical and control, layout, steel structure, civil, construction, procurement, logistics, etc.) * Review contract specifications, identify project risks and opportunities, participate to technical clarifications and negotiations with customers and partners * Calculate the budget for the engineering and procurement scope of supply, support the preparation of requests for quotations for critical equipment and analyse offers received from suppliers * Compile the offer documentation, deviations, bill of quantities, electrical consumption list, etc. * Handover to project execution team * Actively participate in maintaining tendering know-how, tools, and templates, and seek to implement lessons learned from executed projects ## Qualifications * At least 5 years’ experience in an international EPC environment (energy, renewables, oil & gas) * Degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering (Bachelor/Master, FH/TH) * Solid project execution or tendering background with knowledge in process engineering and good understanding of technical cost drivers * Experience in Combustion and Boiler systems is a plus * Strong analytical and communication skills * Autonomous, proactive, curious, and team-oriented personality * Fluent in English, other language(s) welcome ## Additional Information • Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity • Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company • Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy • Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines • Excellent employment conditions • Attractive working place (central, good transport links) • Modern infrastructure For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
