Deine Aufgaben
- •Lead the design and implementation of GSC processes
- •Collaborate with GSC on IT tools and work aids for clinical trials
- •Oversee regular QA alignment and manage operational QA alignment
- •Refine and develop supporting IT and workflow systems
- •Identify user requirements and derive specifications
- •Oversee IT development and validation guidelines
- •Support tool administration selectively
- •Serve as the process expert for process mapping and optimization
- •Lead efforts in process reengineering and documentation
- •Control success metrics for DEVs and CEXs
- •Design and implement tools for utilization
- •Consult with other functions as needed
- •Collaborate with GSC team lead and process design experts
- •Ensure consistency and scalability across workflows
- •Manage QA-related interactions, including audits and team trainings
- •Document training materials
