- •Experience in chemical operations

- •Ensure continuous production of intermediate and final products
- •Support the manufacturing director and production supervisors
- •Optimize existing production systems based on variable requirements
- •Continuously improve production processes and implement technical changes
- •Troubleshoot and assist production teams across all plants
- •Prepare necessary plant and process documentation and calculations
- •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- •Train and promote employees on personnel issues
- •Coordinate improvement teams
- •Lead and participate in risk analyses and technical projects
- •Implement the vision and culture of Arxada
- •Communicate and exchange information with internal and external customers
