Anforderungen
- •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- •More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor process or equipment engineering in a manufacturing environment
- •Solid understanding of semiconductor unit processes, tool hardware, vacuum systems, RF plasma, thermal processes, or chemical reactions
- •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages is a plus
- •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken (minimum level C1)

Deine Aufgaben
- •Develop and stabilize wet-chemical processes for new technology nodes
- •Define and optimize process windows using DOE, SPC, and data analysis
- •Perform root cause analyses for yield deviations and process variations
- •Create and maintain process control plans, including critical dimensions
- •Lead the selection and installation of new tools and technology upgrades
- •Drive tool qualification and process-tool matching across the equipment fleet
- •Monitor and improve equipment uptime and throughput using TPM methods
- •Collaborate with equipment vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance optimization
- •Analyze large datasets from inline metrology and electrical tests to identify trends
- •Develop automated scripts or dashboards for monitoring tools and processes
- •Lead FMEAs and risk assessments for new processes and equipment changes
- •Drive cost reduction through cycle time improvement and consumable optimization
- •Provide technical support to production teams for process and equipment issues
- •Collaborate with global engineering teams for technology transfer and benchmarking
- •Document process recipes, work instructions, and specifications in compliance with quality standards
