Anforderungen

  • •Proven experience in private banking sector
  • •Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
  • •Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
  • •Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • •Capacity to work effectively under pressure
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • •Master’s degree in Banking and/or Finance
  • •Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • •Knowledge of Avaloq banking system is a strong plus
  • •Assessment on key critical skills relevant for success

  • •Assist relationship managers in managing client portfolios
  • •Optimize the client experience
  • •Maintain client information and manage contracts
  • •Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
  • •Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients
  • •Process transactions and manage expense reports
  • •Gather information on market trends and competitor offerings
  • •Analyze client data and prepare portfolio performance reports
  • •Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients
  • •Support relationship managers in planning and executing client projects
  • •Assist clients with everyday product and service tasks
  • •Guide new customers through account opening procedures
  • •Resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding accounts
  • •Maintain confidentiality and security of client data
  • •Advise on decision-making and contribute to policy development
  • •Lead a team performing complex tasks and set objectives
  • •Consult on complex issues and support resolution of escalated matters
  • •Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies
  • •Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources
  • •Communicate complex information to stakeholders
  • •Monitor client activity for potential risk events
  • •Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks
  • •Comply with the bank’s training and competency development program
