Anforderungen
- •Proven experience in private banking sector
- •Strong knowledge of KYC and AML regulations
- •Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- •Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- •Capacity to work effectively under pressure
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Master’s degree in Banking and/or Finance
- •Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- •Knowledge of Avaloq banking system is a strong plus
- •Assessment on key critical skills relevant for success

- •Assist relationship managers in managing client portfolios
- •Optimize the client experience
- •Maintain client information and manage contracts
- •Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
- •Coordinate schedules for relationship managers and clients
- •Process transactions and manage expense reports
- •Gather information on market trends and competitor offerings
- •Analyze client data and prepare portfolio performance reports
- •Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients
- •Support relationship managers in planning and executing client projects
- •Assist clients with everyday product and service tasks
- •Guide new customers through account opening procedures
- •Resolve customer concerns and inquiries regarding accounts
- •Maintain confidentiality and security of client data
- •Advise on decision-making and contribute to policy development
- •Lead a team performing complex tasks and set objectives
- •Consult on complex issues and support resolution of escalated matters
- •Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies
- •Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources
- •Communicate complex information to stakeholders
- •Monitor client activity for potential risk events
- •Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks
- •Comply with the bank’s training and competency development program
