Anforderungen
- •Academic or commercial education in the financial field
- •Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, in a similar role
- •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, ideally knowledge of G2 in-house tool
- •Perfect command of English and French
- •Very good knowledge of Private Banking services
- •Pleasant personality and ability to work as part of a team
- •Commercial spirit and excellent presentation
- •Domicile in Switzerland

Deine Aufgaben
- •Support Private Bankers in administrative and commercial activities
- •Provide clients with information about their portfolios
- •Verify, process, and place transfer and market orders as per client instructions
- •Follow up on client orders
- •Liaise with internal services for timely execution of client requests
- •Manage account openings and monitor accounts and cash management
- •Handle overdrafts with attention to detail
- •Perform administrative tasks, including filing and documentation updates
- •Monitor FCRM alerts in collaboration with Private Bankers
- •Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and business development
- •Manage client mailing
- •Assist clients with online access
