Anforderungen

•PhD or MD with experience in pharmaceutical industry, CROs, regulatory authorities, or academic institutions
•Several years of experience in neurology, psychiatry, or mental health with strong scientific knowledge of pathophysiology
•Broad experience in tools and methods relevant for business needs
•Experience in a matrix organization and managing a matrix team
•Broad knowledge of drug development process
•Strong teamwork and good interpersonal skills
•Ability to develop and deliver training related to Experimental Medicine topics
•Fluency in English

•Drive innovative translational strategies in clinical development
•Support clinical drug research and development processes
•Plan and execute data generation strategies
•Conduct data analytics for decision making
•Develop and implement translational strategies focused on biomarkers
•Ensure timely delivery of scientific concepts and data analyses
•Represent the team in trial and project meetings
•Lead clinical development trials in Experimental Medicine
•Manage overarching project topics and initiatives
•Establish collaborations with external organizations
•Organize and manage projects with CROs and AROs
•Refine functional processes and infrastructure continuously
