Anforderungen
- •Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- •Ten years of quality role experience
- •Experience with quality management systems and standards
- •Background in hardware quality processes
- •Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
- •High drive for hardware topics
- •Experience with inspection and process controls
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- •Ability to work independently
- •Fluency in English
- •German language skills as a plus
- •Knowledge of ECSS and NASA standards
- •Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
- •Strong project management skills

- •Mentor the quality and product assurance team

- •Oversee hardware manufacturing and testing processes
- •Inspect and document all hardware deliverables
- •Track qualification progress and critical components
- •Monitor reliability and safety compliance activities
- •Supervise hardware-software integration and milestones
- •Review subcontractor data packages for compliance
- •Perform product assurance project audits
- •Interface with customers on quality updates
- •Lead non-conformance investigations and root cause analyses
- •Support certification for space-grade hardware
- •Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality requirements
- •Represent quality interests in Verification Control Boards
- •Enhance safety protocols for hardware assembly
