We are hiring a Principal Product Specialist to lead the regional execution and support of our Interventional Pain Therapies portfolio—including radiofrequency ablation and vertebral augmentation technologies across key international (OUS) markets. This therapy-focused role will be instrumental in accelerating clinical adoption and driving therapy confidence through close collaboration with global team, physician stakeholders, and regional customer marketing partners. You will serve as the go-to expert for therapy strategy development, implementation, procedural education, playing a critical role in expanding access to minimally invasive pain management solutions. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Act as go-to-person for technical advice & expertise, demonstrate products/service, support T&E, in-service or tradeshow support and troubleshoot product issues, partner with upstream marketing, clinical, regulatory, and operations teams to align regional execution with global portfolio goals, commit to product launch planning, including market access strategy * Develop unit (product/service) forecast in collaboration with all geographies, provide inputs to finance teams for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and close support to the process of inventory management, as well as inputs/close support in training needs and continuous improvement opportunities for field team * Incorporate market insight I– including intelligence and competitive analysis – to inform demand forecasts for global and/or regional demand reviews, develop regional pricing strategy with pricing team. Collaborate with local pricing teams to set list, target, and floor prices. * Support quality tasks when needed (complaint management, support recall issues and tasks) Develop robust phase in/phase out plans and reflect in IBP to ensure product continuity, demand and inform inventory management * Marketing collateral creation and maintenance in support of our marketing programs * Provide inputs on determining acceptable pricing and discounting strategies, support pricing governance and provide product or informational overviews to customers in support of a contract or tender **Required knowledge and experience** * Bachelor’s / master’s degree in engineering, life sciences, marketing, or healthcare-related field * 7+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, ideally in product management, marketing, or commercial operations. * Experience managing product lifecycle activities, forecasting, inventory planning, and field readiness with demonstrated expertise in interventional therapies or image-guided procedures is a plus * Strong analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Excellent communication, presentation skills aimed at complex stakeholder management, both internally within the organization and externally * Fluent in English with fluency in other European languages considered a plus * Willingness to travel internationally up to 30%. # LI-Remote **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. # Benefits & Compensation **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
