Anforderungen

•8+ years of Product Management experience
•Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
•Strong understanding of robotics fundamentals
•Self-starter with grit
•Proven track record of managing full product lifecycle
•Keen observer of customer personas and pain points
•Expertise in developing robust business cases
•Capable of managing strategic relationships
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Willingness to travel 20 - 30% of the time
•Experience in Oil & Gas, Power & Utilities, or high-volume manufacturing
•Experience applying mobile robotics to manufacturing workflows
•Background in industrial inspection workflows or predictive maintenance
•Success doing business internationally
•Familiarity with industrial safety standards

•Define the multi-generational product roadmap for robot families
•Identify key value drivers from the perspective of industrial customers
•Manage the product lifecycle from market requirement documents to product synthesis
•Ensure supply chain viability and manufacturing readiness
•Drive organizational synergy to bring technically superior products to market
•Align technical development with business priorities across teams
•Develop sales enablement toolkits, including product positioning and training materials
•Partner with Marketing to design and execute impactful product launches
•Articulate the ANYbotics vision to drive global adoption of robots
•Develop business cases using best-practice financial models to secure R&D funding
•Manage strategic relationships with hardware and software ecosystem partners
