# Principal Market Development Specialist, Liaison
**Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland** | **Full time**
To support our Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) Operating Unit (OU), we are looking for Principal Market Development Specialist, Liaison (EurAsia & GC Region Led Markets (RLM)), reporting to our Senior Business Manager and International, Liaison. In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational bridge between the global ENT Operating Unit and the Eurasia Region Led Markets (RLMs), with a special focus on the CEEA, TURMECA, Hong Kong, and Taiwan markets. You will support the expansion of our ENT portfolio—particularly PROPEL™ and PTeye™—through market development, education, and cross-functional alignment. You will lead KOL engagement, internal training, and product adoption initiatives to ensure successful growth and customer impact. This is a remote/hybrid role in the Middle East (preferably Dubai), with the ability to work from home and a willingness to travel (above 50%), typically in the EuroAsia area but could also include international travel.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
* Act as liaison and key OU partner for the RLM marketing and commercial teams by coordinating internal dept and resources and disseminate info to all pertinent parties for goals achievement
* Identify, develop, and implement near-term and long-term market development strategies relating to the development of our ENT latest innovative technologies, services and follow-on products
* Identify markets and determine the feasibility, tactical plan and follow up, for market and therapy expansion in coordination with RLM SME’s
* Coordinate KOL management and key medical education/congresses coordinator
* Perform economic analyses on new or improved market expansion opportunities
* Address current and future regulatory & reimbursement strategies to advance our timely growth expansion
* Develop business models and determine market trends to substantiate long-term prospects by working closely with sales, marketing and potential customers to determine their needs
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
* Extensive leadership background with a strong track record in managing teams and driving results, particularly within ENT or Neuroscience fields preferably in global medical technology organizations
* Bachelor’s degree (BA, BS, B.Eng) required; MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification preferred
* Strong background in market development, product adoption, and commercial expansion in the healthcare/medtech industry
* Proven skills in strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and project execution across complex matrix environments
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and external partners
* Fluency in English (mandatory) and Arabic (highly preferred) for effective communication and leadership in regional markets.
* High adaptability, autonomy, and cultural sensitivity with a willingness to travel extensively within Eurasia
