Anforderungen
- •Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field
- •Experience building agentic GenAI systems in production
- •Strong coding skills in Python
- •Practical experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, or fine-tuning workflows
- •Strong understanding of common challenges in AI development
- •Experience deploying AI systems in a cloud environment
- •Familiarity with MLOps, prompt engineering, or LLM-based application design
- •Ability to explain complex AI topics clearly
- •High motivation and ownership mentality
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

- •Design and build agentic GenAI systems using modern frameworks
- •Translate product needs into scalable AI solutions
- •Deliver production-ready implementations
- •Develop and maintain knowledge integration pipelines
- •Implement RAG architectures and custom model fine-tuning
- •Utilize vector search and grounding methods for context
- •Define evaluation strategies and build ground-truth datasets
- •Create automated test and monitoring setups
- •Ensure stable long-term model performance
- •Proactively detect issues like drift or hallucination
- •Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams
- •Integrate AI components into platforms and workflows
- •Design clean APIs and robust pipelines
- •Establish scalable deployment patterns
- •Mentor peers on GenAI topics and best practices
- •Guide solution architecture and coding standards
- •Drive observability and documentation efforts
- •Experiment with new tools, models, and architectures
- •Identify high-impact AI opportunities
- •Build prototypes for production-ready solutions
