Anforderungen

•Several years of work experience in consulting
•Proven track record for driving transformations
•Solid understanding of trends and challenges in the Public Sector
•Experience in large SAP transformation programs
•Good architectural or project management skills
•Familiarity with IT trends relevant to the Public Sector
•Experience in communicating with stakeholders
•Knowledge of SAP’s strategy and product portfolio
•Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture projects
•Familiarity with innovation topics
•Strong analytical skills and conceptual work ability
•Effective communication and presentation skills
•Flexibility and adaptability to new tasks
•Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
•Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant discipline
•Excellent German language skills, English is a plus
