Principal Consultant - Data and Analytics(m/w/x)

## Job Description Due to growing demand for our consultancy services, we are seeking to recruit a Principal Consultant with database development, database management, process & data mapping, and data analysis skillsets to join our specialist Turner & Townsend Technology consulting team. The role involves supporting a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions, and we are seeking an individual with a strong track record of delivering data and analytics projects. Additionally, it is essential to sell solutions to clients, explain and capture client requirements, and facilitate workshops. It's a hybrid role and will be based in Munich, Germany. **Key Responsibilities:** Leading a project team consisting of analysts & consultants on a range of tasks, including: * Develop project execution plans and lead end-to-end project delivery with Commission Directors * Lead client engagements to capture data, analysis and modelling requirements * Identify and run different business and model scenarios * Develop end-to-end data processes and data models * Design data solutions in collaboration with clients and their IT teams * Build dashboards and visualisations using a variety of tools * Supporting client’s use of model outputs for decision making * Test solutions and models against requirements * Conduct assurance checks of implemented solutions * Prepare written project communication materials, including formal project progress and other reports * Prepare presentation and other materials for client pitches and business generation purposes ## Qualifications **Knowledge, Skills and Experience** * This role will require good analytic and numeracy skills with the ability to understand and present data in different representations.
