- •Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture
- •Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS
- •Presale experience of solutioning deals from start to finish
- •Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance, or Retail
- •Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
- •Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
- •Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
- •Excellent German and English language skills
