Anforderungen
- •Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- •12+ years architecting embedded systems or software platforms
- •Strong knowledge of MCU/MPU/SoC architectures and embedded CI/CD
- •Proficiency with modelling/simulation tools and fault injection strategies
- •Familiarity with automotive, industrial, and IoT connectivity/security stacks
- •Excellent cross functional collaboration and communication skills
- •Experience integrating virtual platforms with cloud native toolchains
- •Background in software defined vehicle platforms or digital twin validation

- •Define and own Software Defined Solutions architecture and roadmap
- •Establish workflows for early integration and testing on virtual platforms
- •Drive integration of fault injection into DevOps pipelines
- •Manage HW/SW partitioning and interface specifications
- •Own reference models, test benches, and toolchain integrations
- •Ensure virtual test coverage aligns with certification requirements
- •Lead engagements with OEMs and industrial partners for co-development
- •Track industry trends and evaluate third-party virtual controller offerings
- •Create a collaborative culture across hardware, software, IT, and business
- •Mentor senior contributors and future leaders
- •Represent the organization in industry forums and executive briefings
- •Define investment priorities across tools, platforms, and partnerships
- •Establish metrics to measure customer impact and operational efficiency
