##### Your mission
* Define and implement standardized procurement processes in line with the strategies of European Headquarters (EHQ) and GLOVIS Europe (GEU).
* Structure and manage vendor sourcing groups within the procurement system (GPMS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
* Monitor compliance with procurement approval workflows and reporting procedures.
* Conduct thorough market research and analysis to anticipate and respond to trends in the European logistics sector.
* Manage the RFI/RFQ process for logistics and forwarding procurement using GPMS, ensuring competitive and transparent sourcing.
* Support the development of new logistics networks to meet evolving business needs.
* Work closely with Heads of Product to align procurement activities with broader company objectives.
* Identify and assess new suppliers and logistics partners to strengthen and diversify our supply base.
* Oversee supplier qualification and due diligence processes within GPMS, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships through regular reviews and collaborative discussions.
* Lead negotiations and manage tariff procurement to secure favorable terms and maximize value.
