**Pricing Manager - Vienna**
* Lead Digital Pricing end to end - determine strategy, find optimization opportunities, implement, tracking performance and optimize, lead testing of new approaches.
* Commercial/Pricing Strategy & Planning work focuses on developing commercial/pricing strategies for a portfolio of current and future products across targeted customer/market segments including: Researching the market to understand competitive landscape.
* Identifying target market position by geography, market segment, customer group, etc. Developing commercial/pricing strategy (e.g., low price or high quality) to achieve targeted market position(s).
* Supervises professional level employees (typically entry or experienced level) and may also supervise some para-professional employees.
* Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
* Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
* Incumbents focused on developing mid -term commercial/pricing strategy for a broad portfolio of products or services should be matched to this specialization. Incumbents focused on developing short to mid-term commercial/pricing strategy for a specific product/brand should be matched to the Product/Brand Management (P&L/Revenue Accountability) .
**Salary**
We are under legal obligation to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 65,000 gross per year for this position. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
