To enhance our successful **Corporate Sales & Customer Excellence Team** at the **Headquarters in Leoben, Austria**, we are looking for a passionate # Pricing Manager (f/m/d) In this role, you will be responsible to establish and develop of in-house pricing strategies, processes, and tools. You will lead projects and initiatives to analyze and restructure pricing, develop predictive models, and provide data-driven insights to support decisions. ## Your Responsibilities * Develop in-house pricing expertise and establish comprehensive pricing documentation and processes * Analyze, monitor, optimize, and restructure pricing and conditions by evaluating quotes and orders * Monitor and adapt value drivers and price logic to match with pricing tools, and test existing tools regarding customer structure * Develop predictive analyses like pricing models and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to support pricing decisions * Develop pricing initiatives and projects, measuring their impact on profitability and loading * Prepare and interpret pricing results and changes for management, including reporting on pricing developments * Provide training to relevant teams on pricing strategies and tools * Steer and control the creation of pricing reports in cooperation with controlling ## Your Profile * A degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification * At least more than 3 years of professional experience in the field of pricing, external consultant experience is an asset * Proficiency in statistical methods and tools for data insights with excellent project management experience * Eagerness to understand products, pricing, and market dynamics * Sales experience and understanding of pricing concepts and systems is preferable * Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills * Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams * Willingness to travel internationally * Fluent in written and verbal English ## Our Offer * A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environment * Chance to actively contribute to AT&S´ success and to create value * A structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunities We also offer * Modern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every day * Free parking spaces and e-charging stations * Diverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefits AT&S is an equal opportunity employer.
