Anforderungen
- •Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or comparable field
- •Several years of relevant professional experience in pricing, price optimization, market analysis, or pricing strategy
- •Strong knowledge of developing and applying demand and market pricing models
- •Experience with Excel, SQL, R, Python
- •Strong analytical mindset with structured and solution-oriented working style
- •Team player with initiative and enthusiasm for innovative and data-driven solutions
- •Fluency in English; German and/or any Central or Eastern European language is a strong plus

- •Support the embedded insurance team with data-driven reports
- •Provide actionable recommendations to local and affinity insurance teams
- •Develop and enhance embedded insurance pricing models
- •Conduct competitor analysis and modeling
- •Monitor market prices and discounts in coordination with stakeholders
- •Improve analysis and reporting tools for conversion-related KPIs
- •Analyze and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey
- •Visualize and present results clearly to management
- •Contribute to pricing governance and optimize pricing processes
