- •Become an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions
- •Configure and present solutions in a customer-centric way
- •Work on new or existing account opportunities independently or as part of a team
- •Support Sales in achieving new revenue goals with technical expertise
- •Follow the PreSales process to discover business pains
- •Deliver value-based conversations during client pitch calls
- •Use demos and presentations effectively
- •Define product and solution scope for implementation teams
- •Develop a presales knowledge base with collaterals
- •Build and manage use cases, demo material, and storyboards
- •Assess and respond to RFIs and RFPs from a technical perspective
- •Detect new business opportunities with existing customers
- •Provide structured feedback to product and development teams
