Anforderungen
- •5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Engagement Management, or LMS implementation consulting in SaaS
- •Consultative selling background
- •Knowledge of enterprise technologies and systems, including SSO, CRM, ERP, or HRIS
- •Proven ability to demonstrate technical expertise with high-level stakeholders
- •Ability to lead technical workshops (e.g., SaaS integrations, Middleware, ETL, API, Web Services)
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Native German and business fluent English proficiency; other languages are a plus
- •Enthusiasm for company culture

- •Become an expert in 360Learning's processes through onboarding
- •Engage with the global team during virtual coffee meets and happy hours
- •Master the value proposition through shadow meetings and training
- •Gain in-depth product knowledge to support the Product team with insights
- •Define your first OKR
- •Describe the product to prospects and address their questions
- •Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements
- •Provide sales support as a responsive and creative team member
- •Plan and configure products for presentations
- •Work with AEs to develop engaging strategies for advancing deals
- •Serve as a trusted advisor to various levels within prospective organizations
- •Support Account Executives as a recognized expert in prospective contexts
- •Share expertise with team members and 360Learners
- •Identify best practices and design new processes for the Presales Consultant department
- •Assist in shaping the Presales Consultant team by recruiting colleagues
- •Collaborate with sales team members throughout the sales process
