Stellenbeschreibung

Du bist Teil unseres hochagilen Teams und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte und Touchpoints – von smarten und mobilen Consumer Products bis hin zu komplexen Industrieanlagen. Du erhältst detaillierte Einblicke in den gesamten User Experience Design-Prozess, analysierst Nutzerbedürfnisse, erstellst Customer Journeys, Wireframes, Prototypen und Visual Designs. Darüber hinaus bist mit unseren Software Developer*innen in einem stetigen Austausch, um die Produktrealisierung aus Designsicht zu begleiten.

Standort Kiel ab 09/2025 für 3-6 Monate

Deine Aufgaben

• Du bist Teil unseres hochagilen Teams und unterstützt bei der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte und Touchpoints – von smarten und mobilen Consumer Products bis hin zu komplexen Industrieanlagen
• Du erhälst detaillierte Einblicke in den gesamten User Experience Design-Prozess, analysierst Nutzerbedürfnisse, erstellst Customer Journeys, Wireframes, Prototypen und Visual Designs
• Darüber hinaus bist mit unseren Software Developern in einem stetigen Austausch, um die Produktrealisierung aus Designsicht zu begleiten

Dein Profil

• Du absolvierst ein UX-bezogenes Designstudium (mind. vier Semester) oder hast dieses abgeschlossen.
• Du verfügst über gutes Verständnis von UX-Methoden.
• Du sprühst vor Kreativität und hast die Fähigkeit, ein stimmiges visuelles Design für Bedienoberflächen zu entwickeln.
• Du hast gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Design- und Prototyping-Tools.
• Du bringst Affinität für mobile Applikationen sowie idealerweise Erfahrungen im Teamwork mit Frontend-Entwickler*innen mit.
• Du verfügst über sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Job description

You are part of our highly agile team and support the development of digital products and touchpoints - from smart and mobile consumer products to complex industrial plants. You get detailed insights into the entire user experience design process, analyze user needs, create customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes and visual designs. In addition, you are in constant contact with our software developers to accompany the product realization from a design point of view.

Kiel location from 09/2025 for 3-6 months

Your mission

• You are part of a multidisciplinary and highly agile team and support the development of digital products and touchpoints - from smart consumer products to complex industrial plants
• You are involved in the entire UX/UI design process
• You analyze user needs and support the creation of customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, user tests and complete visual designs
• You get the chance for a continuing student position and/or permanent position

Your profile

• You are completing or have completed a UX-related design degree (at least four semesters)
• You have a good understanding of UX methods
• You sparkle with creativity and have the ability to develop a coherent visual design for user interfaces
• You have good knowledge of current design and prototyping tools
• You have an affinity for mobile applications and ideally experience in teamwork with frontend developers
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills
