Anforderungen
- •Strong background in MRI data analysis and neuroimaging methods
- •PhD in physics, neuroscience, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or comparable subject
- •Proficiency with established neuroimaging software
- •Proficiency in one or more programming languages
- •Experience with open-source software development or collaborative coding projects
- •Prior experience with MRI scanner operation
- •Knowledge in quantitative MRI and image analysis of ultra-high resolution MRI data
- •Knowledge in neuroimaging applications in neurodegeneration
- •Outstanding academic record including publications
- •High proficiency in spoken and written English

- •Develop and apply microstructure imaging techniques using MRI
- •Focus on MRI-based in vivo histology for early-stage Parkinson's Disease

- •Utilize neuroimaging software like SPM, FreeSurfer, and hMRI toolbox
- •Leverage programming frameworks such as Python and MATLAB
- •Collaborate with physicists on new acquisition methods
- •Assess advancements in acquisition techniques
- •Deploy novel analysis pipelines and approaches
