The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills: * Master’s degree (or equivalent, e.g. 4-year Bachelor’s degree) and a PhD degree in Physics, Materials Science, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with experimental techniques and data analysis. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
