Anforderungen

  • •PhD or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Biomathematics, or similar subject
  • •Competitive scientific publication record
  • •High level of intrinsic motivation and enthusiasm for translational research
  • •Clear understanding of statistical and mathematical concepts in Data Science
  • •Strong passion for Data Science and documented interest in biomedicine
  • •Experience with generative AI, specifically transformer architectures
  • •Documented experience with relevant biomedical data types
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch
  • •Ability to work independently
  • •Very good English speaking and writing skills
  • •Very good communication skills

  • •Develop innovative algorithms in machine learning
  • •Apply machine learning for decision support in medicine
  • •Support research projects in federated machine learning

  • •Facilitate technology transfer to pharma and biotech
  • •Collaborate with team members on publications and code development
