Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree in computer science, software or electrical engineering or comparable education
- •More than 5 years’ experience as a software architect for mid and large sized projects
- •Successful technical leadership of architectural teams for at least 2 years
- •Profound knowledge in architecture and design (cloud, embedded systems, cybersecurity)
- •Solid understanding of process and quality management
- •Solid business case understanding, project and product management are an advantage
- •Experience with agile development processes would be beneficial
- •Strong analytical, strategic, result and quality orientation
- •Energized in collaboration, coaching, mentoring and team building
- •Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally in a global organization
- •Good communication and presentation skills in English, proficiency in German is highly beneficial
- •Legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland
