# Portfolio Product Manager
**Based: Zug, Switzerland (hybrid model)**
**Part time: 60%**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
In this versatile role – reporting into the Marketing Manager Switzerland – you will support the local marketing team and actively help to grow our brands.
* Responsible for the development of the long-term portfolio strategy of our two local brands McCormick and Butty in the categories Herbs & Spices (H&S) and Baking
* Lead the brands portfolio for optimization, renovation and innovation from idea to market in a cross-functional team across the EMEA region
* Establish conclusions, recommendations and short- and long-term action plans
* Contribute and engage in growth initiatives projects across all categories (H&S, Baking, Ethnic Food and Sauces)
* Analysis of the market data and performance (Nielsen), while having a transversal knowledge of the performance of the categories, the brands, and the competition
* In alignment with H&S Brand Manager initiate new business development projects such as partnerships and co-operations
* Take an active role during regular business reviews with distributor and other partners
* Strong alignment and close interaction with H&S Brand Manager, acting as deputy to take over tasks
* Proactive member of the European Marketing community
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in business administration from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally with a focus on marketing
* Relevant work experience in a similar role. FMCG environment is an advantage, but not a prerequisite
* Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
* Structured communication, both written and oral, with ability to convince
* Ability to build relationships in a matrix, cross-functional & multicultural environment
* Responsible, high level of initiative with drive for results and hands on mentality
* Organizational talent, precise way of working
* Fluent in German and English (French an advantage)
