- •University degree or recognized investment qualification (CFA, CIIA)
- •7–10 years of experience in discretionary portfolio management
- •Deep understanding of asset allocation and portfolio construction
- •Excellent presentation and communication skills
- •Strong ability to learn and collaborate
- •Decisiveness, flexibility, and autonomy
- •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- •Fluency in English; French or another language is a plus
