- •Top academic credentials (MSc/MBA preferred)
- •Professional qualification (e.g. CFA, CAIA, FIA, FSA) desirable
- •6-9 years' work experience in private markets/private equity investments
- •Understanding of private market investing styles and portfolio construction principles
- •Experience with stochastic modeling and risk assessment in insurance contexts
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and risk management tools
- •Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- •Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and succeed
