- •Drive implementation of EAi strategic priorities in your geographic area
- •Collaborate with affiliate Heads of Policy and General Managers to identify system-shaping challenges
- •Facilitate implementation of global strategies using self-service resources
- •Orchestrate scaling of tools and solutions across the network
- •Ensure 80% of resources come from EAi Integrated Strategies/MTO teams
- •Identify high-potential markets and present needs to the EAi/Affiliate Forum
- •Aggregate local insights and feedback for Global Integrated Core Strategy Priority Teams
- •Hold accountability for outcomes-based plans at the above-country level
- •Initiate and execute work packages to address prioritized outcomes
- •Allocate expertise and funding for maximum impact in the Area Policy Community
