Diese Erfahrung bringt dich auf deinen Weg zum zukünftigen Projektleiter * Unterstützung des Projektleiters und des Projektteams beim Projektfortschritt * Erstellung und Pflege von Templates, Arbeitsanweisungen; Unterstützung und Mitarbeit in internen Projekten * Du begleitest die Transformation unserer Projekte im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld und stellst die Einhaltung der Projektmanagement-Standards sicher * Du unterstützt die Stream Leads strategisch, koordinierst Arbeitspakete und sorgst für eine effektive Schnittstellenkommunikation * Du unterstützt in alle Projektphasen nach SAP Activate * Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektsteuerungsmeetings sowie projektinternen Meetings * Unterstützung der Projektleitung in allen Belangen * Unterstützung im Bereich Test-Management * Als PMO SAP S/4 HANA (m/w/d) unseres Teams erweiterst du unsere Expertise im PM-Team und sorgst durch deine Unterstützung dafür, dass Projekte effizient gesteuert und erfolgreich umgesetzt werden * Du unterstützt die Projektleitung bei einem reibungslosen Ablauf der planerischen Prozesse im Rahmen des Projekts, durch z. B. Pflege der Projektpläne, Organisation von Meetings, Kontrolle von Meilensteinen und Administration in SAP Cloud ALM * Du unterstützt bei administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen des Projektmanagements wie z. This experience will put you on your way to becoming a future project manager * Supporting the project manager and the project team in the progress of the project * Creation and maintenance of templates, work instructions; support and collaboration in internal projects * You will accompany the transformation of our projects in the SAP S/4HANA environment and ensure compliance with project management standards * You provide strategic support to the stream leads, coordinate work packages and ensure effective interface communication * You provide support in all project phases according to SAP Activate * Preparation and follow-up of project management meetings and internal project meetings * Supporting the project management in all matters * Support in the area of test management * As PMO SAP S/4 HANA (m/f/d) of our team, you will expand our expertise in the PM team and ensure that projects are efficiently managed and successfully implemented through your support * You will support the project management in ensuring that the planning processes within the project run smoothly, e.g. by maintaining project plans, organising meetings, monitoring milestones and administration in SAP Cloud ALM * You support administrative tasks within the scope of project management, such as documentation, data maintenance and archiving ##### Your Mission We would be delighted if you would join us on this journey and are sure that you will be an excellent building block for our growth. Exciting and varied projects are waiting for us all over the world - let's get to work! ##### Your Profile * Creativity and high attention to detail and the ability to interpret and explain project-specific relationships * You have initial experience in S/4HANA (cloud) projects * You have an affinity for IT, are confident in using project management tools and ideally have knowledge of SAP * You impress with your analytical and organisational strengths as well as your communication and proactive skills * You work in a structured and independent manner and have a high degree of team orientation and commitment * Experience in the use of project management tools and software (SAP Cloud ALM) is an advantage * You organise and prioritise tasks and can present complex information clearly and concisely, structure interrelationships and dependencies and follow up on open issues and points * You have already gained initial experience with SAP Cloud ALM as a project management tool (not a must-have) * You already have experience in monitoring resources and schedules in projects * Strong communication skills and business fluency in German and English * Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable qualification
