**YOUR FUTURE TASKS:**
* With your planning talent, you will support our team in project processing and customer service.
* As an event guru, you will be involved in the organization of internal and external meetings so that everything runs smoothly.
* Presentations are your strength – you create impressive content and capture the most important moments in minutes.
* You will create and maintain project plans with precision and use our project management tool.
* You will be actively involved in the design and optimization of our PMO processes and ensure that all standards and specifications are reliably adhered to.
**THIS IS WHAT WE WANT:**
* You have completed commercial training or a comparable degree.
* Initial professional experience in project management, assistance or customer care, ideally at least two years of experience in project management.
* Very good knowledge of German (C2) and fluent English (B2).
* Confident handling of MS Office and good expressiveness – both verbally and in writing.
* Interest in logistical processes and complex technical contexts as well as an agile way of thinking.
* With your solution-oriented and reliable way of working, you master every challenge with confidence.
* Team spirit, openness and enthusiasm round off your profile.
* Nice-to-have: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) and knowledge of Polish.
