# Platform Compliance Manager (f/m/d) * Greentube GmbH * Vienna * Fulltime * Published: 2025-07-17 !Platform Compliance Manager (f/m/d), 1. image We are searching for a Technical Compliance Manager to join our Platform Compliance Team, who is responsible for transferring provided legal requirements into smart technical requirements/concepts. It’s a key role linking together the Legal, Regulatory, IT and Business Teams and to make sure the platforms, products and services meet the mandatory compliance requirements. ## Your tasks * Read, understand & clarify the Legal/Compliance Requirements (provided by our Regulatory Compliance Department) from a product point of view * Translate and interpret the Rules & Regulations into smart technical requirements for the development teams understanding * Breakdown high-level requirements into user stories * Prepare the (technical) requirements document and hand it over to development teams that they can work on the detailed technical analysis * Conduct Discovery & Grooming Meetings with the development teams & relevant stakeholders * Plan and manage the delivery of the features/products * Ensure that feature sets, that are built for existing & new markets, are in compliance with the regulation * Assist in the QA Testing * Coordinate the delivery of the requested features/products/work packages between development teams, operational team and product owners * Provide technical expertise for any platform features in regards of platform compliance and sign off implementation to ensure compliance * Support the investigation and technical problem solving for any compliance issues * Assist in collating technical evidence from development teams in support of internal and external audits * Run the regulatory monitoring on a daily and monthly basis * Work with Legal, Developers, Product Owners, IT Compliance and Regulatory Compliance * Ensure stakeholders are always well informed on the progress and updates of any ongoing developments ## Your profile * University degree or at least 3 years of experience assigned to product management duties * Excellent analytical skills and ability to accurately interpret complex documents and policies * Deep knowledge of product development & Agile * Very good skills in providing requirements * Good knowledge of project management * Basic understanding of legal and compliance requirements and procedures * Strong communicator and capable of expressing oneself clearly both speaking and in writing * Strong time management and organizational skills and able to meet deadlines * Well organized, accurate and trustworthy team player * Able to comprehend technical details * Driven to take initiative ## Our offer * Flexible working hours, hybrid work model, and a healthy work-life balance culture * Training budget to support your personal and professional growth * Daily fresh fruits, a wide selection of teas, fair trade coffee, and an in-house canteen at our Vienna HQ * Subsidized public transportation, plus access to pool e-bikes and e-cars for both business and personal use * On-site fitness room, MyClubs app points, along with fun sport- and company events * A wide range of local employee discounts, offers, and healthcare benefits * We are proud to offer a competitive base salary range of 60.000 - 70.000 EUR gross/year (paid in 14 salaries), thoughtfully designed to align with industry standards, taking into consideration the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience
