Deine Aufgaben

  • •Lead the manufacturing facility with a focus on employee health and safety
  • •Report to the Operations Director
  • •Oversee all aspects of production from receiving goods to shipping products
  • •Develop and implement a long-term sustainable strategy for the plant
  • •Promote and embody the company's culture among plant employees
  • •Manage various plant functions to optimize resource utilization
  • •Create and implement plans to enhance diversity and inclusion
  • •Hold full P&L and legal responsibility for the plant
  • •Prepare yearly budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety laws
  • •Review and modify plans, methods, and equipment for efficiency
  • •Introduce cost reduction and continuous improvement programs
  • •Ensure team members are trained and supported for high-quality performance
  • •Act as the management representative in the environmental management system
  • •Contribute to the development and maintenance of the integrated management system
  • •Represent the plant in external relationships and matters
