• •Define and execute the plant CI strategy
• •Coordinate Lean implementation in the plant
• •Promote Lean tools and techniques for performance improvement
• •Organize and facilitate Lean events and workshops
• •Create the yearly Plant Productivity Improvement plan using WAVE
• •Identify and implement high-impact CI initiatives across the plant
• •Define productivity improvement projects with clear targets and roles
• •Track activities regularly using WAVE
• •Report progress to plant management and regional leadership
• •Promote a Continuous Improvement culture through Kaizen events
• •Challenge conventional thinking and drive accountability
• •Support departments in achieving productivity goals with training
• •Partner with Value Stream Managers on improvement activities
• •Ensure accurate reporting of savings in WAVE with finance
• •Maintain WAVE hygiene with productivity project leaders
• •Initiate and drive change processes with plant management
• •Identify training needs and facilitate Lean training sessions
• •Develop and coach future Internal Trainers on Lean tools
• •Mentor team leaders and supervisors for CI project execution
• •Share and implement best practices within the plant and region
• •Support inventory reduction initiatives in Logistics
• •Lead the Value Stream Simplification initiative
• •Participate in developing specifications for new equipment
