Anforderungen

•Master's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, biophysics, or related biomedical field
•Hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology techniques
•Previous work experience with RNA immunoprecipitation, ChIP, or protein immunoprecipitation, extracellular vesicle isolation, co-culture or 3D culture systems
•Experience with mouse models and/or RNAseq data analysis
•Solution-driven mindset and proactive, responsible, independent attitude
•Excellent communication in English and collaborative skills

Deine Aufgaben

•Execute radiation experiments using X-ray, proton, or heavy-ion beams in cancer cell lines and ex vivo models
•Conduct in vitro experiments, including RNA-protein interactions, qPCR, Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and FACS
•Perform tumor-immune cell co-cultures
•Collaborate on multi-omics profiling with DKFZ and international partners
•Isolate and characterize extracellular vesicle populations and analyze their cargos in collaboration with European partners
•Communicate findings through group meetings, institutional seminars, scientific publications, and international presentations
•Prepare high-quality scientific manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals
