Original Beschreibung

***Ph.D. STUDENT*** ***for high performance lithium-ion battery electrodes (F/M/D)*** Desired starting date: *July 1st, 2025* (or sooner), salary level E13 TV-L 60%, contract limited to three years (with possible extension). **YOUR TASKS** * Synthesis of next generation materials for high performance lithium-ion batteries. * Build and characterize lithium-ion batteries for industrial application. * Conduct electrochemical characterization, including cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge/discharge, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. * Perform material characterization (X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, Scanning electroscope microscopy) ex situ and in situ. * Analyze data, contribute to scientific publications, and present research findings at international conferences. * Collaborate closely with our industrial partner and support the overall scientific goals of the project. **YOUR PROFILE** * Master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, energy materials, or a related field. * Experience with lithium-ion batteries and material characterization. * Experience with electrochemical methods and material synthesis. * Ability to work as a member of an international, multi-disciplinary team. * Excellent communication and writing skills, thorough command of the English language.
