Anforderungen
- •Masters, Diploma or equivalent degree in environmental sciences, (eco)toxicology, bioanalysis, or related areas
- •Experience in analytical chemistry
- •Skills in IT and modelling with a focus on toxicity models
- •Motivation to work in an interdisciplinary team
- •Proficiency in scientific English (written and spoken)
- •Willingness to spend several months at other institutions abroad
- •Relevant master’s degree or equivalent obtained by the DC start date
- •No possession of a doctoral degree (Ph.D.)

- •Work with mass spectrometers
- •Extract whole proteomes from microbial cultures and human matrices
- •Perform metaproteome applications
- •Study microbial effectors in continuous stirred reactors using a simplified human gut microbiome model
- •Separate soluble and particle-bound bacteria
- •Measure abundance, composition, and molecular functions using metaproteomics
- •Present results at international conferences
- •Prepare publications for peer-reviewed scientific journals
